Flaky Kielbasa Treats in Cranberry Cups
Serves: 12
Prep & Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients

7 oz Kayem Polska Kielbasa,  cut into 1/2" pieces

12 puff pastry squares 3 1/2 " each

1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

2 tbsp low sodium apricot ginger chutney

2 tbsp finely chopped jalapenos peppers

Instructions
  • Pre-heat oven to 400°f.
  • Roll the flaky pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface, and cut pieces into 3 1/2" squares.
  • Lightly spray 12 regular size muffin tins with cooking spray, and line the muffin tins with the cut dough.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cranberry with the chutney and chopped jalapeno.
  • Equally divide half of the diced sausage on the dough cups, top each with a dollop of the cranberry mix. Continue to fill each cup with the remaining sausage pieces, and top again with the cranberry.
  • Bake until dough is nicely browned and sauce is bubbling, about 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes, use a thin spatula to remove treats, serve immediately.
