Ingredients

1 Kayem 14oz Fenway Beef Franks 

1 Kayem Split Top Frank Bun 

1 tablespoon pesto

1 ounce arugula

1 diced bell pepper

1 ounce sundried tomatoes

1 ounce Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions
  • Melt butter into a frying pan and toast the bun on both sides until it is golden brown. Grill, pan fry, or boil the Fenway Frank. Spread pesto on the inside of the toasted bun. Add arugula and then add the Fenway Frank. Top with roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. Enjoy! ​
