Creamy Potato Soup with Bacon

BLT Flatbread

Serves 4
Ingredients

1 package Kayem Maplewood bacon, cooked crispy & crumbled

1 batch pizza dough

1/4 cup ranch dressing + more for drizzling

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

2 cups arugula

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 450ΒΊF. Roll out dough into a large rectangle & place on a baking sheet.
  • Spread ranch dressing on dough & sprinkle mozzarella on top. Top with crumbled bacon & sliced tomatoes.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes, until crispy. Remove from oven, top with arugula, slice & serve.
