Creamy Potato Soup with Bacon

Avocado Bacon Sliders


“These mini sandwiches with sliced avocado, tomato, pesto, and Kayem's Maplewood bacon are the perfect appetizer.”


8 slices Kayem Maplewood bacon

½ large tomato

½ cup pesto

4 ciabatta rolls (or any bread of your choosing)

1 medium avocado

  • Slice ciabatta rolls in half and toast (if desired)
  • Heat up a non-stick pan over medium heat and add bacon. Cook until edges are crispy and bacon is thoroughly cooked, following package directions
  • Thinly slice 1 avocado and half a large tomato
  • Spread 1-2 tbsp of pesto on each sandwich. Then assemble with bacon, sliced avocado, and tomato
  • Serve in halves (if desired) and enjoy!
