Elote Corn Hot Dogs
Serves8Ingredients
- 1 14oz package of Kayem Beef Skinless Hot Dogs
- 6 brioche hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup corn
- 2 tbsp crema mexicana
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- sprinkle of cilantro
- sprinkle of cotija cheese
Directions
- Mix together crema mexicana and lime juice in a bowl.
- Cook Kayem Old Tyme Beef hot dogs according to the package.
- Toast brioche hot dog buns.
- Compile the hot dog in the bun.
- Squeeze the crema mix on top of the hot dog.
- Sprinkle cilantro and cotija on top of the hot dog. Enjoy!
