Creamy Potato Soup with Bacon

Bacon Deviled Eggs

2 Slices Kayem Bacon

6 Eggs

¼ cup mayo

1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

Salt & pepper to taste

Chives for garnish

  • Hard-boil your eggs and peel
  • While the eggs are cooking, cook your bacon in the air fryer on 400 for about 10 minutes
  • Slices eggs in half, remove yolks and place in a bowl
  • Add mayo, mustard, salt & pepper to the bowl and mix until it reaches a creamy consistency
  • Crumble your bacon pieces
  • Fill your egg halves with the filling and top with bacon and chives
