Hot Dogs with Grilled Peppers & Onion



3 Kayem Old Tyme Beef & Pork Franks

1 Bell Pepper

1 Onion

Chili Garlic Sauce

Blue Cheese

  • Grill the franks until you get nice grill marks
  • Toast the buns on the grill or on a pan
  • Chop the bell peppers and saute them in a saucepan until they turn deep green or grill them until you get grill marks
  • Chop the onion into thin slices and sauté them until they begin to caramelize
  • Now it's time to prepare your hot dogs. Place the franks inside the toasted buns
  • Top with grilled peppers, onions, blue cheese and some chili garlic sauce lining
  • Serve a side of classic yellow mustard, ranch and chili garlic sauce and some thin crispy fries
