Creamy Potato Soup with Bacon

Summer Salad

One package of Kayem Small Batch Sweet Sausages

1/2 cup of corn

2 cups of bowtie pasta

1/4 cup of feta cheese

1 1/2 peppers and 1/2 red onion,  sliced

1/4 cup of avocado lime dressing

4 cups of mixed spinach

  • Boil pasta for 10 minutes and drain water then let the pasta cool
  • Heat sausage in a pan on the stove on medium heat for 7 minutes, flip halfway through and add the peppers and onions to the pan
  • Add mixed greens and pasta into a bowl. Mix the greens and pasta together then season with your favorite seasonings
  • Next add the sausage, peppers, and onions to the bowl
  • Sprinkle corn and feta cheese on the top of the salad and drizzle avocado lime dressing to your liking
  • Enjoy!
